Arizona Public Defender Blasts Militarization of Immigration Enforcement, Criminalization of Undocumented Workers
And this after the ACLU---unConstitutionally---signed an accord with the Mexican Government's so-called "Human Rights
Commission"---signed, on the part of the Mexican Government, by its appointed President of their commission, past

ACLU, rights commission from Mexico sign accord
April 22, 2008
SAN DIEGO: Stressing their joint commitment to protecting migrants' rights on both sides of the border, Mexico's National
Commission for Human Rights signed an accord yesterday with the American Civil Liberties Union for San Diego and Imperial
Counties.
Under the agreement, formalized at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice at the University of San Diego,
the groups will "explore legal actions" challenging Operation Gatekeeper. The operation is the U.S. government's border-enforcement
strategy implemented in 1994, which pushes San Diego's smuggling traffic farther east into the mountains and deserts.
José Luis Soberanes, president of the commission, said cooperative efforts will result in stronger migrant protection.
The commission, funded through the Mexican Congress, is a public institution that is outside government control.
Kevin Keenan, executive director of the ACLU-San Diego, said the accord will allow his group to have greater effect.
By working together with the Mexican commission, "I expect . . . to have our views considered in a much more serious
fashion than when it's just the ACLU speaking." –S.D.
Latino groups to Napolitano: Stop immigration raids
By Eunice Moscoso | Friday, January 30, 2009, 02:38 PM
A coalition of Latino groups sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano this week urging her to stop
workplace immigration raids.
The coalition — which includes the League of United Latin American Citizens and the Mexican-American Legal Defense
and Educational Funds — said the raids were a “relentless attack” on the Latino community.
It also said that the raids “have destroyed families and spread terror.”
The invaders can always count on the ACLU to go against democracy and majority rule in order
to aid and abet Mexico's demographic warfare policy to invade the U.S.

Attorneys with the American Civil Liberties Union scored an early victory Friday when a Columbia
County judge ruled that a new law intended to penalize employers who hire illegal immigrants should be placed on pause
until the many legal questions confronting it are sorted out.
The ACLU is outraged that Colorado officials busted illegal aliens in an identity theft case.
Hispanics make the usual claims that they are just looking for work and were targeted just because they're Hispanic.
(They ignore the fact that they were guilty as charged -- doing what illegal aliens do).

The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit claiming the Weld County district attorney
and sheriff illegally seized records from an income tax service as part of an identity theft investigation.
The lawsuit asks a judge to order that the records be returned and any copies be destroyed.
The suit was filed Monday in Weld County District Court in Greeley.

National coalition of Jewish organizations demands end of immigration law enforcement

Meeting the human-rights needs of migrants is the only way the United States will have national security and a stable
labor force, according to the founder of Humane Borders, a pro-immigrant group.
“The humanitarian angle ... is an extremely powerful political tool for keeping the conversation and the issues
of (immigration) reform alive,” said the Rev. Robin Hoover, who was among the speakers at the Fifth Annual Santa
Cruz Valley Border Issues Fair last month.
Hoover founded the non-profit Humane Borders in 2000 to place water stations in the desert. He said immigrant deaths
in the desert are a relatively new occurrence because increased border protection is pushing crossers into remote
areas.
Some estimates indicate up to 1,000 people cross illegally into Arizona from Mexico every day. Many don’t make
it out of the desert alive.
Hoover said Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, which is almost all wilderness, is a prime crossing location. The
group’s first water station went in there in March 2001. Hoover said one Organ Pipe official said, “that
year more people had gone through Organ Pipe ... than ever went through the whole history of Ellis Island processing center.”
Humane Borders now has 97 water stations and expects to break 100 before May 1. About 20 of the water stations are
on federal land.
“Some heavy-duty statistical studies have shown that the water stations are statistically significant in reducing
migrant deaths,” Hoover said. “Quite simply, they work.”
Migrants die in the same corridors year after year in basically the same pattern, he said. He said the National Guard,
unmanned aerial reconnaissance and a growing number of Border Patrol agents increases the average time needed to successfully
cross the border.
“The longer the migrants are in the desert, the higher the rate of deaths. It’s that simple,” he
said.

Hispanics want Gillibrand to change her tune
Minority state lawmakers are scheduled to meet with U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand this weekend to discuss their concerns
about a number of positions she has taken, including on immigration and gun control. A group of state senators and Assembly
members have raised concerns that the senator’s point of view do not jibe with those of the Hispanic community or New
Yorkers at large. Assemblyman Darryl C. Towns, D-Brooklyn, who chairs the Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic and Asia Legislative
Caucus, said that the meeting with Gillibrand, D-Greenport, would be conducted to hash things out before a final decision
is made on whether to back her bid for election next year or go looking for someone else to support. In New York, one
out of every three residents is an immigrant or a second- or third-generation child of immigrant parents, according to a press
release issued last Tuesday by Assemblyman Peter M. Rivera, D-Bronx, who has been one of the most vocal lawmakers criticizing
Gillibrand’s track record on immigrant issues. “Gillibrand’s pandering to xenophobes has made her persona
non grata in communities across the state,” Rivera’s release read. Rivera said “her stand on immigration
has been out of touch with New Yorkers and New York state. She has taken a hard-line attitude on immigration. She has sponsored
anti-immigrant bills and she hasn’t clarified her position on immigration, and we really haven’t gotten any clarity
on other Latino issues. Until there’s clarity and until she champions immigrant rights we will have a problem with her
selection.” Towns said, “I’m reminded of President Lyndon B. Johnson when I think of Sen. Gillibrand.
His legislative record before becoming president would not give you any indication of him being progressive about civil rights.
She needs to ensure that her position on some of these issues will be changing [if they are to support her] and I’m
willing to give her time and let her understand the issues instead of making a snapshot judgment.” “Now that
this is done, we need to help her to understand the issues,” Towns said of Gov. David A. Paterson’s appointing
Gillibrand to succeed Hillary Clinton as New York’s junior U.S. senator. Advocacy groups representing Latino interests
have been critical of Gillibrand’s record. On the issues that the Latin America Working Group and the National Council
of Agricultural Employers considered most important, Gillibrand, while in the House of Representatives, did not vote the way
those groups would have wanted her to in 2007, according to the Web site votesmart.org. Gillibrand cosponsored a bipartisan
bill, the SAVE Act, which, among other things, called for increasing the number of border patrol agents in the United States
by 8,000. The state lawmakers who have raised concerns about the new senator also complained that Gillibrand voted to “expedite
the removal of illegal aliens by expanding detention capacity and increasing the number of federal District Court judges” President
of the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators and Parliamentarian of the Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic and Asian Legislative
Caucus in New York, Assemblyman Felix Ortiz, D-Brooklyn, said he thinks “her record in Washington is very poor regarding
Hispanics. We want to make sure we will be able to make her fully understand the concerns of the Hispanic community in New
York state.” In 2007-2008 English First, which is a national lobbying organization that pushes for legislation that
would make English the official language of the United States gave Gillibrand a voting grade of A as did the National Rifle
Association. Assemblywoman Naomi Rivera, D-Bronx, a member of the Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic and Asian Legislative Caucus,
said she also has concerns about the new senator. “I have some opposition on many fronts: as a Latino woman and a
mother,” Rivera said. “ It doesn’t seem to me that she fully understands what we are dealing with in terms
of gun and domestic violence. Those who suffer from domestic violence and do not report it for fear of being deported create
an unsafe place for children and families. These immigration laws have created serious obstacles for woman” She said,
“We need to care about all of the citizens of New York, that includes children with immigrant parents. It’s about
protecting all families. I definitely think New York state deserves someone that understands and can appreciate all American
workers and not just citizens.” According to a November report from U.S. Fed News, Gillibrand helped pass legislation
aimed at cracking down on illegal immigration, and the Albany Times Union reported that month that she was the first member
of New York’s congressional delegation to voice opposition to a plan to issue driver’s licenses to illegal aliens. Assemblyman
Jose Peralta, D-Queens, last week said, “I personally feel that Gillibrand has a questionable track record on immigration.
We are setting a meeting up for this Sunday with Sen. Gillibrand and Latino legislators will discuss these issues with her
and she can clarify her stance on these issues. That’s what we want to talk to her about and give her the opportunity
to revise her views. If she does change her stance we will be supportive.” Several news outlets, including the New
York Daily News and NY1, reported last week that the new senator hired Luis Miranda and Roberto Ramirez’s consulting
firm, the Mirram Group, to help improve her image with the Hispanic community. Ramirez is a former chairman of the Bronx Democratic
Party.
Local groups open doors to Hispanic families

The Natrona County School District, public library and the Even Start program are combining
efforts to reach out to Natrona County's growing Hispanic population.
The three groups hosted a family dinner night
at North Casper Elementary Thursday evening to promote the library's bilingual story hour, as well as programs offered by
the other organizations. North Casper is the school district's English as a Second Language magnet school.
"We thought
it might be a good idea for us to come to the school," said Julie Eastes, the district's Title III Family Literacy Coordinator.
"We just wanted to get to know some families."
The growing number of Hispanic students enrolling at North Casper recently
prompted the Natrona County school board to approve funding for a second Spanish teacher. Fort Casper Academy is also gearing
up to open its own ESL class.
"The number of families in our community is increasing," Eastes said. "We just want to
make sure we reach out to them and make them feel comfortable in our community."
Comfort level is a big factor in how
active a family will become in the community, said Andrea Becker with Even Start. The program provides language and literacy
services to parents and students, as well as parenting classes and a sort of network for Hispanic families.
"I think it's really important to get family members together to meet each other," Becker said. "It's good to know it's
okay to speak their own language."
Jerry Jones, the Natrona County Public Library's youth services coordinator, said
the library also offers a myriad of services she hopes Hispanic families will come in and take advantage of.
"The Spanish-speaking
population is one we've been working on constantly," Jones said.

Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins said Wednesday he will not bend to requests by the state's largest immigrant
advocacy group for information on a controversial program that allows 26 deputies to enforce federal immigration laws.
CASA de Maryland filed suit Tuesday in Montgomery County Circuit Court, requesting the immediate release of information
on the county's relationship with the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which oversees the 287(g) program.
"It's an interference tactic," Jenkins said. "Part of their plan to derail the program."
Cut!
Jenkins said he believed the existence of CASA is ludicrous.
"This is a group funded by your governor that advocates for criminal aliens and illegal immigrants to not cooperate
with law enforcement," Jenkins said. "I just think it's outrageous."

To really see how anti-American and pro-invader the Left has become, listen
to the May 2 broadcasts of Free Speech Radio News and Democracy Now.

The Free Speech Radio News broadcast could have been broadcast from Havana
or Harare. Democracy Now's attack on Blackwater and a border fence could
have been written in Mexico City and Amy Goodman's support for the walkout
by Longshoremen in California to support the insurgents fighting American
soldiers in Iraq borders on sedition and treason.
If you aren't mad, you're not paying attention. If you don't listen to
these broadcasts, you won't know how anti-American and communist the
illegals who are colonizing our nation really are. They're like the Khmer
Rouge, SWAPO, UNITA, Zanu PF, and Shining Path. It's right there, in your
face, there for you to see and hear. Ignore at your own peril.
Here's a "story" to get our blood boiling. All the usual lies, spin, and manipulation of
the pro-illegal invaders are carefully woven into the story. Ilegals are "second class citizens," according to one person
-- making them into citizens instead of invaders. Note that the people complaining about profiling need interpreters,
since they speak only Spanish. The invaders try to compare themselves to Blacks during the civil rights struggles.
The usual bag of tricks is used and abused by Free Speech Radio News. We'll be seeing a lot of this in the coming weeks.
The Gran Marche all over again.

Listed here are de facto Fifth Column front organizations who either directly or indirectly aid Mexico in
its Reconquista of United States. These organizations are purpose driven and promote the demographic replacement of European-Americans
and Blacks with Mexico's surplus Mestizo population through open borders and illegal immigration. Also included are
some newspapers -- given that newspaper editors have, in many cities, become puppets, cheerleaders and stooges
for Mexican consulates and pro-illegal alien ethnic organizations such as LULAC, National Council of La Raza, MEChA, and MALDEF.

America's Enemies: Social Justice Seeking Communist Left | | Date: | | 13 May 2006 12:57:36 -0700 |

On one hand, Americans were outraged and appalled by the May 1 immigrant
demonstrations that clogged streets and virtually closed down some
cities. Law-abiding citizens saw lawbreakers who not only seemed to feel
justified in their criminal behavior, but also believed they ought to be
rewarded for it.
On the other hand, Americans are more infuriated and disgusted with
their duly elected government officials in both legislative and
administrative branches for not enforcing the law and protecting the
rights of citizens. President Bush and the weak-kneed GOP have
deservedly come under fire. If our sovereign nation is to survive,
however, it is of paramount importance that the harsh light of truth be
focused upon the subversive element responsible for creating an
atmosphere conducive to lawlessness and tyrannical militants brazenly
declaring their intentions to ''conquer'' the Southwest and to throw
Americans out of their homes and off of their land.
The subversive element--a motley collection of Marxists, Stalinists,
Trotskyists, Maoists, anarchists, and malcontents--organized themselves
in the 1960's and became known as the New Left. For over forty years the
New Left has been waging a Gramscian ''quiet'' revolution for the
overthrow of the America of our founders. Today these subversives call
themselves liberals, progressives, and Democrats. Even though there yet
remain good, decent Democrats such as Zell Miller, the majority, as
David Horowitz attested to, are social-justice seeking communists: "The
Democratic Party is very close to being the (Communist-controlled
Progressive) party of Henry Wallace…The vast bulk of the American left
is a Communist left and they've introduced some fascist ideas like
"identity politics," which is straight out of Mussolini." (How Marxism
Dominates the Left, Phil Brennan, NewsMax.com, June 1, 2005)
America's Communist Left operates in a vast interconnected matrix of
revolutionary groups disguised as respectable civil rights and legal
organizations. These front groups have consistently worked towards the
transformation of America through subversion of America's Rule of Law,
Constitution, judiciary, and all institutions necessary to the longevity
and health of our nation and civilization. These groups attack all
national security measures, subvert immigration laws and procedures,
lobby on behalf of terrorist and enemy combatants, and engage in
propagandistic apologetics for the most brutal dictatorships in the
world even as they constantly vilify and demean America and Americans.
As they do these things to destroy America and shame Americans, they
hypocritically portray themselves as defenders of democracy and
humanity.
The purpose of this article is to expose, at least in part, some of the
principal communist groups responsible for undermining and weakening
America and who likewise serve as a power source, not only for the
militant Marxist organizers of the recent demonstrations, but for
Islamic jihadists as well.
The Quiet Revolution
In 1984, "The Power to Lead" was published. In it, author James McGregor
Burns admitted: "The Framers of the US Constitution have simply been too
shrewd for us. They have outwitted us. They designed separate
institutions that cannot be unified by mechanical linkages, frail
bridges, tinkering. If we are to 'turn the Founders upside down'…we
must directly confront the constitutional structure they erected." (A
Chronological History: The New World Order by D.L. Cuddy PhD)
Turning the ''Founders upside down'' and directly confronting the
''constitutional structure'' are what the American Civil Liberties
Union, National Lawyers Guild, and The Center for Constitutional Rights
are committed to doing. Together, these three communist front groups
comprise the "legal left," and they slash and rip at the fabric of the
constitutional framework.
The ACLU was established in 1920 by Roger Baldwin, a Stalinist who
candidly admitted: "I am for socialism, disarmament, and ultimately, for
abolishing the state itself." On the Communist Party USA website, the
ACLU can be found at this link: go here.
http://www.cpusa.org/link/category/22/
When not working with and defending terrorists like Sami al-Arian, the
ACLU terrorizes towns into removing Ten Commandments monuments and
crosses and persecutes and intimidates Boy Scouts and law abiding
Christians. The ACLU's Immigrant Task Force and Immigrant Rights Project
are a dual driving force in the Open Borders Lobby. Among current
projects: dissolving America's borders, erasing all evidence of
Christianity and God, and requiring the Immigration and Naturalization
Service (INS) to provide free legal counsel to illegals while
simultaneously demanding that illegals be provided with full welfare
benefits.
The ACLU and its partner groups receive funding from a large assortment
of subversive leftist funders. Among them: Arca Foundation, Ford
Foundation, George Soros Open Society Institute, Rockefeller Foundation,
Woods Fund of Chicago (Source: www.DiscoverTheNetwork.org)
The National Lawyers Guild was founded in 1936 by the Communist Party
USA. The NLG is an active affiliate of the International Association of
Democratic Lawyers, which served as a Soviet front group during the Cold
War. The NLG defines its mission as an effort to: "unite lawyers, law
students, legal workers, and jailhouse lawyers of America (to) function
as an effective political and social force…to the end that human
rights shall be regarded as more sacred than property interests." In
other words, its mission is to ''deKulakize'' America in the name of
social justice.
In 1999, NLG member Chip Berlet described a Guild ''communist debate''
session: "The cacophony at some meetings (arises from) debates
featuring…Leninist, Trotskyite, Stalinists…Maoist…Marxist,
anarchists, libertarians and progressive independents…with multiple
identities as lawyers, legal workers, labor organizers, tribal
sovereignty activists, civil liberties and civil rights advocates,
environmentalists, feminists, gay men and lesbians, and people of
color." Chip Berlet is an activist with Morris Dees Southern Poverty Law
Center (SPLC), another communist front group and Open Borders member.
Not coincidentally, it was the SPLC that ''redistributed''--in the name
of social justice--an Arizona ranchers' property to some illegal aliens.
This incident was detailed in an article entitled: "Two Illegal
Immigrants Win Arizona Ranch in Court," (New York Times, 8/19/05). Dees
was quoted as saying, "…it's poetic justice that these undocumented
workers own this land"
Like the ACLU, the NLG is a key member of the Open Borders Lobby. Its
National Immigration Project consists of a network of lawyers, law
students, and legal workers committed to "full democratic rights for all
non-citizens"--in the name of social justice. The NLG receives funding
from, among others, the George Soros Open Society Institute and the Ford
Foundation. (Source: www.DiscoverTheNetwork.org)
The last of the trio is the Center for Constitutional Rights. It was
founded in 1966 by pro-Castro attorneys Morton Stavis, Ben Smith, Arthur
Kinoy, and William Kuntsler. The CCR prides itself on using "litigation
proactively to advance the law in a positive direction to guarantee the
rights of those with the fewest protections." This is communist code
for: "We subvert America's laws." Among those deemed by the CCR to be in
need of protection are terrorist organizations, enemy combatants, and
illegal immigrants.
The CCR receives funding from the Ford Foundation and George Soros Open
Society Institute. (Source: www.DiscoverTheNetwork.org )
Two principal front groups, both of whom disguise their treachery as
'civil rights," are United for Peace and Justice and Immigrant Workers
Freedom Ride.
The UFPJ is a rabidly anti-American, anti-war coalition co-chaired by
committed communist Leslie Cagan. Cagan, who worships upon Fidel
Castro's altar, was an original founder of the Committees of
Correspondence, a splinter group of the Communist Party USA. The UFPJ
was created Oct. 25, 2002 in the Washington D.C. offices of People for
the American Way, which played a key role in forming UFPJ. UFPJ is a
sponsoring organization of the Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride. UFPJ's
social justice agenda extends well beyond anti-war activism as it is
also a pro-abortion, pro-open borders advocate that condemns nearly
every aspect of American culture and our government's foreign policy.
(Source: www.DiscoverTheNetwork.org)
The Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride (IWFR), another key player in the
Open Borders Lobby, is supported by the ACLU and Communist Party USA.
Additionally, it has the backing of Dennis Kucinich, Howard Dean, and
Joe Lieberman.
Among other groups listed as members of the IWFRC's national sponsoring
committee are ACORN, National Council of La Raza, National Immigration
Forum, and United for Peace and Justice.
At the link below are literally hundreds of sponsors of IWFR, such as:
Democratic senators, representatives, county board supervisors,
governors, town council members, radical organizations, liberalized
Christian and non-Christian churches, and political parties (including
CPUSA and Democratic Socialists of America: go here).
Many thousands of Americans have been taken in by a myth. The myth
states that communism died when the Soviet Union imploded. It further
says that in these ''enlightened progressive times,'' only
superstition-believing McCarthyite rednecks still believe in the
communist boogieman. The myth, of course, was created by New Left
communists to whom seduction, deception, and psychological manipulation
are the ''rules of the game.'' Gramsci's transformational revolution is
very much alive. It's spreading the cancer of godless communism--the
ideology from Hell--throughout the length and breadth of our culture,
and corrupting and decaying everything it touches.
President Ronald Reagan cautioned that: "…without God, there is no
virtue because there's no prompting of the conscience. And without God,
democracy will not and cannot long endure. If we ever forget that we're
one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under."
Americans---awaken and remember!
